摘要
目的探讨责任制整体护理的实施对护士抱怨情绪的影响,为临床护理工作效率的提高提供1个可行办法。方法自行设计调查问卷,就责任制整体护理实施前后本院部分病区护士抱怨原因进行调查。根据年龄将调查护士分为低年龄组和高年龄组,对两组护士的各项抱怨得分进行统计分析。结果在实施责任制整体护理前,低年龄组护士对工作量、护理分工、患者应对、应对上级检查、薪酬分配方面的抱怨明显高于高年龄组,两组得分之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护士对护士自身价值体现的得分之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施责任制整体护理后,两组护士对各项抱怨的得分之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论责任制整体护理工作模式能够减少护士的抱怨,提高护理工作效率,真正落实优质护理服务。
Objective To discuss the effect of the responsibility entirety nursing to the complaining emotion of the nurses, to supply a practicable way to improve the nursing work efficiency. Methods The questionnaire was divised by ourselves to conduct a survey to the complaining reasons of the nurses in our hospital before and after responsibility entirety nursing implemented. The nurses were divided into two groups according to the age, the old group and the young group, the com- plaining scores of the two groups were compared. Results Before the responsibility entirety nursing implemented, the young groups" scores in workload, care division, answering the patients, dealing the examination of the superior, remuneration distribution were higher than the old group, the differences had a statistical significance, the two groups" score in their own value had no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05). After the responsibility entirety nursing implemented, the scores of the two groups of all the items had no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclution The work pattern of responsibility entirety can reduce the complaint of the nurses, improve the efficiency of nursing, implement quality care services truly.
