血清胱抑素C在肿瘤化疗患者肾功能评价中的临床应用

目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(eystatin C,CysC)在肿瘤化疗患者肾脏功能评价中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析66例化疗患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)、肌酐(Ser)及内生肌酐清除率(Cer)检测结果,并与同期正常对照50例作对比分析。结果:肿瘤化疗患者血清CysC水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);化疗前后CysC的异常检出率均显著高于Ser、Cer(P<0.05)。结论:CysC是评价肿瘤患者化疗期间肾功能损伤的一项灵敏、可靠的指标,在反映肿瘤化疗患者肾功能早期损害中有很好的临床参考价值。

Objective： To investigate the serum cystatin C（eystatin C,cystatin C） in the evaluation of cancer chemotherapy in patients with renal function in the value.Methods： A retrospective analysis in June 2010 to 2011 June hospital oncology 66 cases of chemotherapy in patients with serum cystatin C（cystatin C）,creatinine（Ser） and endogenous creatinine clearance（Cer） test results,and with the same period normal control of 50 cases for comparative analysis.Results： The patients with chemotherapy serum CysC levels significantly higher than the normal control group（P0.05）;the CysC the abnormal detection rate before and after chemotherapy was significantly higher than that of Ser,Cer（P0.05）.Conclusion： cystatin C is the evaluation of cancer patients during chemotherapy renal function is a sensitive and reliable indicators to reflect the early stage of cancer chemotherapy in patients with renal damage,have a good clinical reference value.
