泌尿排石汤配合针灸治疗泌尿系结石临床研究

目的:观察泌尿排石汤配合针灸治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法:选取在2007年7月～2010年7月期间我院收治的178例泌尿系结石患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组89例,给予泌尿排石汤配合针灸治疗;对照组89例,给予泌尿排石汤治疗。结果:疗效判定标准为结石自行排出,疼痛症状消失,无结石阴影。其中观察组总有效率98.73%,对照组总有效率87.63%。结论:泌尿排石汤结合针灸治疗泌尿系结石,效果显著,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective：Observing the efficacy of urinary row of stone soup with acupuncture to treat urinary stones.Methods： Select 178 cases of urinary stone patients during the period July 2007 to July 2010 in our hospital,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and the observation Group is 89 cases,which were given urinary row of stone soup and acupuncture treatment;Control group is 89 cases,which were given the treatment of urinary row of stone soup.Results： Clinical criteria is the stones on their own discharge,pain symptoms disappearing,no stone shadow.The total effective rate was 98.73% in the observation group and the total efficiency rate was 87.63%in the control group.Conclusion： The effect of using the row of stone soup combine acupuncture and moxibustion to treat urinary calculi in urinary tract is significantly good and has important clinical value.
