目的:应用二八定律提高医院感染管理效率。方法:梳理医院感染管理存在问题,找出重要的20%,用80%的时间精力实施管理。结果:感控人员能力提升,感控措施得以落实。结论:医院感染管理应当运用管理学原理实施科学有效地管理。

Objective Using the rules of 20/80 to improve the efficiency of management in nosocomial infections.Methods By finding the problem of management of nosocomial infections,known what is the 20% importance,and use 80% time focus on inplement management.Results Improve the ability of nosocomial infections stuff,so we can make measure of nosocomial infections workable.Conclusions Principle of management should be used scientifically and effectively in the management of nosocomial infections.
