A Study on Dynamic Efficiency of Chinese University Science Parks

论文利用数据包络分析对中国33家国家级大学科技园2006—2009年的效率进行总体分析与评价,并利用Malmquist生产率指数对其效率变动进行了测算。研究结果表明,中国国家级大学科技园生产经营效率呈现上升趋势,但整体水平仍然相对较低,国家级大学科技园需进一步扩大经营规模,东部地区国家级大学科技园效率和中西部地区不存在地理区域上的差异,中国国家级大学科技园经营效率受金融危机冲击较大,目前处在恢复阶段。

This paper makes an analysis and evaluation of the 2006 to 2009 dynamic efficiency of 33 Chinese university science parks by Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）. At the same time, the changes of dynamic efficiency are measured by Malmquist Productivity Index. The results demonstrate that although the production efficiency of Chinese university science parks is enhancing gradually, it still remains rather low and the national university science parks should further extend their operating scale. The paper also finds there is no difference in physiographic region efficiency between eastern national university science parks and middle-western ones. Finally the paper indicates the Chinese university science parks are attacked severely by the financial crisis, and now are in the recovering stage.
