摘要 我国新一轮医药卫生体制改革已经拉开了序幕,医疗信息化在整合区域内有限卫生资源方面有极大增值潜力,被认为是新医改方案具有可操作性的基础。文章在分析我国医疗卫生信息化现状及存在问题的基础上,结合最新的移动互联网融合技术,设计出了集数字化、网络化和信息化等多种高新技术为一体的医疗信息系统平台,实现了基于3G网络为核心的病房远程探视、移动OA技术下的医生手机工作站、WEB/WAP门户等应用,建立了新型医患沟通模式,加速了我国医疗信息化的进程。 A new round of medical and health system reform in China has started. The integration of medical information of the limited health resources within the region has great potential, and is considered as the workable basis of new health reform program. Based on the analysis of medical and health information technology situation and problems, combining the latest mobile communications technology and network technology, a medical system platform is designed with the integration of such high-tech as digital, network and information technologies. It realizes ward remote access, doctor mobile phone workstation with the mobile OA technology, WEB / WAP portal and other applications with the 3G network as the core. It establishes a new type of doctor - patient communication pattern, and accelerates the process of medical informatization.
