降钙素基因相关肽对加压激素的作用 被引量:3

STIMULATION OF RENIN-ANGIOTESIN SYSTEM AND VASOPRESSIN BY CALCITONIN GENE-RELATED PEPTIDE (CGRP) IN RATS

摘要 麻醉大鼠静脉一次注射2μg CGRP可使SBP及DBP分别降低26%和61%。心率增加11%。注射后5分钟,实验组大鼠的PRA、AⅡ、PAC和AVP的血浆浓度均显著高于对照组,而其垂体和下丘脑的AVP含量则低于正常(P<0.05),提示CGRP是一个很强的降压激素,在体内能刺激肾素、醛固酮和加压素的释放。 Effects of intravenous CGRP on blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), plasma renin activity(PRA),angiotensin Ⅱ concentration(AII), aldosterone concentration(PAC), vasopressin(AVP) and AVP contents in pituitary and hypothalamus were studied in male anesthetized Wistar rats (n=13), An equal volume of normal saline was administered instead as control group (n=10).The results showed that systolic and diastolic BP were decreased by 26% and 61% respectively, while HR was increased by 11% after bolus injection of 2μg CGRP. Five minutes after i. v. CGRP,PRA, AII, PAC and AVP were significantlyhigher than those of control associated witha decrease in AVP contents in the pituitary(400±80vs. 550±160ng/mg protein, p<0.05) and hypothalamus (10.73±5.64 vs. 24.78±15.97ng/mg protein, p<0.05).The results suggested that CGRP is a potent endogenous hypotensive peptide with a stimulating action on AVP and renin system.
