摘要 随着社会的高速发展,新型科技带动高新技术产业的飞跃,测控技术与仪器专业越来越广泛的被应用于工业生产中。尤其是对机械工业的测量控制、工业产品的检测以及相关仪器仪表的监控等均与测控技术与仪器专业的知识密切相关,这就需要大量的测控技术与仪器专业的人才来完成有关的技术操作。但由于传统的测控专业人才培养模式已经不适应当今科技的高速发展,因此,必须对这种传统的人才培养模式进行改革、创新并建立实验区。在原有人才培养模式的基础上,突破其传统的教学培养模式,提出了一种新型的测控技术与仪器专业人才培养模式,即"产学研"相结合的测控专业人才培养模式。 With the rapid development of society, the new science and technology to drive industry of new and high technology leap, measurement and control technology and instrument specialty is more and more widely applied in the industrial production. Es- pecially for the machinery industry measurement and control, industrial product testing and related instrumentation monitoring and control technology and instrument specialty knowledge closely related, this requires the introduction of a large number of measurement and control technology and instrument specialty talents to complete the technical operation. But due to the traditional and professional talent training mode has not adapted to the development of science and technology, therefore, must be to this kind of traditional per- sonnel training mode reform, innovation. In the original talents training mode based on, break through the traditional teaching mode, this paper put forward a new control mode of talent cultivation, namely" produce learn to grind" the combination of measurement and control technology and instrument professional training model.
