免疫抑制剂与器官移植 被引量：1

摘要 目前临床上常用的免疫抑制药包括：（1）微生物酵解产物,如环孢素A（CsA）、他克莫司（Tac）、西罗莫司（SRL）;（2）抗核酸代谢类药物,如硫唑嘌呤（AZA）、6-巯基嘌呤（6-MP）、吗替麦考酚酯（MMF）;（3）皮质激素类药物,如泼尼松;（4）单克隆抗体,如巴利昔单抗、达利珠单抗、莫罗莫单抗;（5）烷化剂类药物,如环磷酰胺。在尚无法获得可操作免疫耐受的今天,
