原发性干燥综合征合并肺间质病变的护理体会 被引量：1

摘要 原发性干燥综合征（Primary Sjgren’s Syndrome,pSS）是一种以侵犯泪腺、唾液腺等外分泌腺为主的慢性自身免疫性疾病,可累及全身各个系统,造成多器官受损。其中间质性肺病（interstitial lungdisease,ILD）在临床上最为常见,其发生率、病死率较高,严重影响患者的预后,是pSS患者主要死亡原因之一。合理的治疗及精心的护理对改善患者的生活质量及预后起着很重要的作用。为此本科对2010年1月至2011年12月收治的25例干燥综合征合并间质性肺炎患者进行了积极治疗,
