This paper describes the core part of lightweight worKtlow engine based on ECA rule and provides the basic function of the workflow. The core engine is responsible for task assignment and assigns permissions to form the workflow engine. The system can be used for a secondary development application, which greatly improves the flexibility and adaptability of the business operations for enterprises in the fierce market competition to win the time and opportunity. Practice has proved that the design is feasible.
