The Yao Opera Wang Yangming creates a sage with three true virtues out of Wan Yangming,a philosopher of the Ming Dynasty,who devoted his life to the country and the people.The Yao Opera Wang Yangming is a complete display of the life of the character and his perfect personality.Therefore,the opera is of considerable significance for its humanistic and historical value.
