摘要
提高高校选人用人的公信度,完善高校选人用人机制,是新时期高校领导干部选用工作的行动准则和目标指向。通过实地访谈调查,深入分析宁波高校选人用人机制上存在问题及其原因,在借鉴各地高校选人用人先进经验基础上,提出了完善干部选拔任用机制、完善干部教育培养机制、完善选人用人监督机制的对策建议。
To improve the credibility and the staffing mechanism in institutions of higher learning is one of the tasks of the Party in the new era for the work of selecting cadres for universities and colleges.With questionnaires and on-the-spot interviews,this article makes a case study of Ningbo,analyzing the existing problems in the staffing mechanism in the institutions of higher learning.Borrowing advanced experiences of universities and colleges in other cities,this article proposes measures on the improvement of the personnel mechanism for institutions of higher learning in Ningbo.
