新形势下高校党建带团建工作的方法和途径探析

党建带团建是加强基层团的建设的重大举措和有效途径。做好高校党建带团建工作,要突出"带",以"带"促"建",同时着重做好"建",以"建"跟"带"。要加强领导、突出重点、注重创新、务求实效,进一步做好新形势下高校党建带团建工作。

The construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League（C.C.Y.L.） promoted by that of the Chinese Communist Party（C.C.P.） is both an important measure and an effective approach for us to realize the construction of C.C.Y.L.organizations at basic level.To conduct the work in universities,we must focus on the ＂promotion＂,and realize the ＂construction＂ based on that.In the meanwhile,we should try hard to achieve the ＂construction＂ and make it follow the ＂promotion＂.We should try hard to explore the work in the following four aspects,including leadership,key,innovation,and effect.
