关于转型期企业共青团建设的几点思考

Considerations on the Construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League Organizations in Enterprises during the Period of Transition

企业团组织引导青年发展,应基于青年特点和企业的实际展开。企业团组织要发挥政治上引领青年、帮助青年成才、对青年的考核等方面的作用。企业团建工作要从健全组织机构、介入企业文化、推进组织创新、规范组织生活、开展青年养成教育等方面入手。

The organizations of the Chinese Communist Youth League（the C.C.Y.L.） in enterprises should try to guide the youth to develop in a healthy way,which should be based on the youth＇s features as well as the practical situations of enterprises.The organizations of the C.C.Y.L.should play their roles in the following aspects such as guiding the youth in politics,helping the youth to develop,and evaluating the youth,and so on.The construction of the C.C.Y.L.organizations in enterprises should be conducted in the following aspects such as completing organization structure;interfering in enterprise culture,prompting organizational innovation,regulating organization activities,and conducting education on development for the youth.
