概述辽宁省畜禽粪便有机肥资源量、分布状况及利用现状,分析目前辽宁省有机肥资源利用中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的解决措施,以提高全省畜禽粪便有机肥的利用水平,为更好地开发利用有机肥资源提供科学依据。

This paper examines the organic fertilizer resources from poultry and animal feces in Liaoning province and its distribution and present state of utilization. The author makes analysis on the existent problems in this field and puts forward correspondent measures to address these problems in an effort to make efficient use of these organic fertilizers and provide reference for further development and utilization of these organic fertilizers.
