摘要
为全面提高教师的教学能力,根据多年的教学实践,从备课、授课、师生互动、课后总结等环节入手,提出教师提高自身综合素质和课堂教学能力的可行性建议,为提高教师的综合教学水平提供有益参考。
In this article, measures to improve teachers classroom instruction and comprehensive qualities are raised in terms of prepar- ing lessens, offering instructions, interactions between teachers and students, and after class reviews on the basis of the author's years teaching practice.
