高压氧联合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋38例临床效果观察

The observation of the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with routine drug in the treatment of 38 cases of sudden deafness

目的探讨高压氧联合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法将38例突发性耳聋患者按听力水平分为轻度耳聋组8例、中度耳聋组19例和重度耳聋组11例。3组均采用高压氧联合常规药物治疗,对3组临床疗效、不良反应及治疗前、后听力水平进行比较,并评价该治疗方案的可行性。结果轻、中、重度耳聋组治疗后总有效率分别为100.0%、94.7%、90.9%,3组总有效率两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组治疗后听力值均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论高压氧联合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋疗效满意,能够明显提高患者的听力水平,且治疗过程中无明显不良反应,是值得临床应用的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with routine drug in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 38 cases of patients with sudden deafness in our hospital were divided into mild deafness group（8 cases）,moderate deafness group（19 cases） and severe deafness group（11 cases）.Take the use of hyperbaric oxygen combined with conventional drug therapy.The evaluation of all patients with clinical recovery from the treatment program feasibility was observed and recorded.Results After treatment of all cases of hearing had improved in varying degrees,the total effective rate of the mild deafness group was 100.0%,and the total effective rate of moderate hearing loss group was 94.74%,the total effective rate of severe hearing loss was 90.9%.There were no significant differences in total efficiency in the 3 groups（P0.05）.In 3 groups after the treatment of hearing values were lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.All cases in the 3 groups were not with obvious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion The efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with routine drug in the treatment of sudden deafness is satisfied,can significantly improve the patient＇s hearing level,and without significant adverse reactions in the course of treatment,it is worthy of clinical application of treatment programs.
