表面麻醉下透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化手术临床分析

The analysis of Cataract phacoemulsification by transparent corneal incision under topical anesthesia

目的探讨在表面麻醉下透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化手术的临床效果。方法在表面麻醉下作透明角膜遂道切口,对白内障患者110例(129眼)行超声乳化手术,随访1～3个月,观察术后并发症及视力效果。结果本组患者平均超声乳化时间为2.5min。术后1周及1个月裸眼或矫正视力>0.5均为112眼(86.82%);术后1周平均散光度为(1.25±0.55)D,1个月后基本回复术前状态。出现并发症37眼(28.68%)。结论表面麻醉下透明角膜隧道小切口白内障超声乳化手术,术后视力恢复快,角膜散光少,并发症少,是一种实用有效的手术方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Cataract phacoemulsification by transparent corneal incision under topical anesthesia.Methods 110 patients（129 eyes） with cataract were treated cataract phacoemulsification by transparent corneal incision,and we observed the complications and acuity vision during and after the surgery for 1 to 3 months.Results The average phacoemulsification time were 2.5 min.the acuity vision（naked or corrected） of 82.39% patients（105 eyes） were from 0.5 to 1.5 1 week after surgery;while 86.82% patients（112 eyes） were above 0.5 1 month after surgery;the average astigmatism was（1.25±0.55）D,and this reverted to the state before surgery.28.68% patients had complications.Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification by transparent corneal incision is an effect surgery method,it has superiority such as faster acuity vision recover,less astigmatism,less complication during and after surgery.
