不同借包管理模式的效果比较

Effects of different management models for package loaning:a comparative study

摘要 目的寻找一种快捷、有利于临床工作和实际操作的借包模式。方法将医院临床科室的借包分3种模式实施,试验组A:2010年9月份所有临床科室的借包由医院外勤队人员负责(外勤队不属于供应中心管理);试验组B:2010年10月份所有临床科室的借包由供应中心负责;对照组:2010年8月份由各科室自行负责借包;比较3种不同借包模式每个借包平均耗费时间、归还天数、急需包借包及时性以及出错率。结果试验组A、B、对照组每个借包平均耗费时间18.28、14.34、20.83 min;归还天数2.53、1.63、2.12 d;急需包借包耗费时间15.79、8.76、19.46 min;出错率5.9%、0、0。结论由供应中心负责各科室的借包模式耗费的时间最少、归还最及时、出错率最低是最能及时满足临床需求的一种借包模式。 OBJECTIVE To look for a quick,favorable and practical model for management package loaning.METHODS We used three models to manage packages in clinical departments.Experimental group A:all packages clinical departments needed were responsible by field team during Sep.2010(field team did not belong to supply center);experimental group B:all packages were responsible by supply center during Oct.2010;control group:all packages were managed by each clinical department during Aug.2010.Then we compared three models by the average time-consuming each packet,the number of days for return,the timeliness of urgent packet,and the error rate.RESULTS The average time-consuming each packet of experimental group A,B and control group were 18.28 min,14.34 min,and 20.83 min;the duration of days for return was 2.53 days,1.63 days,2.12 days;the time consuming of urgent packet was 15.79 min,8.76 min,and 19.46 min;the error rates were 5.9%,0%,and 0%.CONCLUSION Packages loaning model responsible by supply center is with the least time consuming,the most timely return,the lowest error rate,and the most satisfied need.
