品管圈活动在ICU医护人员手消毒管理中的应用

Application of quality control circle activities in management of hand disinfection of medical staff in ICU

目的探讨品管圈活动对ICU医护人员手消毒的影响,改善手消毒不规范行为,为临床手卫生管理提供有效方法。方法成立品管圈活动小组,设计手消毒现况调查表,对问题进行原因分析,确立并落实4项改进措施。结果卫生手消毒不规范行为由活动前的177人次/周减少至40人次/周。结论品管圈活动有效地改善了手消毒现状,是一种有效提高手卫生管理的方法。

OBJECTIVE To explore the impact of quality control circle activities（QCC） on hand disinfection in the ICU medical staff,to improve the irregularities of hand disinfection and find out the effective management of hand hygiene.METHODS A QCC activity group was set up.The questionnaire was designed for analyzing the status of hand disinfection,the 4 modified measures were proposed and implemented.RESULTS The hand disinfection irregularities decreased from 177 times per week to 40 times per week.CONCLUSION The application of the quality control circle activities has effectively improved the status of hand disinfection.It is an effective way to improve hand hygiene management.
