摘要
贵州赫章高铝鲕状赤铁矿主要铁矿物为赤铁矿和褐铁矿,含铝矿物三水铝石以细粒集合体和隐晶质被赤铁矿包裹,铁铝赋存关系复杂。研究表明,添加YS-1,采用直接还原—干式磁选工艺能有效地实现高铝鲕状赤铁矿中铝和铁的分离,当原矿全铁含量为42.56%,Al2O3含量为12.30%时,可获得全铁品位为93.16%,Al2O3含量为2.02%的还原铁产品,铁回收率为88.45%。
Iron minerals are hematite and limonite mainly of High-aluminum oolitic hematite of Guizhou Hezhang, gibbsite of aluminum-bearing minerals enwrapped by hematite as fine granules and cryptocrystalline, the existential relation between iron and aluminium in the ore is complex. Studies show that adding YS-1 ,most of aluminum can be removed by direct reduction-dry magnetic separation process. Reduced iron product bearing 93.16% TFe,2. 02% Al2 O3 can be obtained by processing a raw ore with 42. 56% TFe, 12. 30% Al2O3 , and the iron recovery reaches 88.45%.
