预防接种与格林-巴利综合征的因果关系研究进展

Research Progress about Causal Association between Vaccination and Guillain-Barre Syndrome

格林-巴利综合征(Guillain-Barre Syndrome,GBS)是一种自身免疫性周围神经病。目前,其病因及发病机制仍不十分清楚,普遍认为其发病与微生物感染、接种疫苗、自身免疫状况等因素有关。不同类型的GBS临床表现不尽相同,因首发症状多种多样,缺乏特异性,经常会有误诊的情况发生,需要与一些疾病鉴别。近年来,预防接种后发生的GBS备受关注,该文通过检索国内外发表的文献,对GBS的基本情况及预防接种与GBS的因果关系研究进展进行综述。

Guillain-Barre syndrome （GBS）is an autoimmune disorder of peripheral nerves. At present, the aetiology and pathogenesis of GBS is still not quite clear. It is generally considered that lots of factors are associated with GBS, such as infection and immunization and self immune system. Different types of GBS have different clinical manifesations. Because of the varions primary symptoms and lack of specificity, misdiagnoses often occur and GBS needs to be identified with some diseases.In recent years, GBS are paid much attention after vaccination. In this paper, the basic situation of GBS and the research progress to the causal association between vaccination and GBS is reviewed through searching the papers published in latest years.
