红外光谱法与电感耦合等离子体-质谱法联用鉴别花蕊石真伪 被引量:3

True and Fake Identification of Ophicalcitum by IR and ICP-MS

摘要 鉴别不同产地花蕊石的真伪,测定真、伪花蕊石中Mg、Ca、Al、Fe金属元素的含量,建立花蕊石的鉴别方法。运用傅里叶红外光谱法及电感耦合等离子体-质谱法,通过红外特征峰的归属,测定Mg、Ca、Al、Fe金属元素含量及Ca/Mg差异,对不同产地的花蕊石进行真伪的鉴别及元素含量测定。10个产地的样品中,其中1、3、4、5、6、7、8号样品为真品,2、9、10号样品为伪品。红外光谱法与电感耦合等离子体-质谱法联用可以更准确的鉴别花蕊石真伪,并通过金属元素的含量来判断真品的质量,为花蕊石的鉴别和质量控制提供可靠的依据。 The true and fake of ophicalcitum from different producing areas were identified,and the contents of metal elements,including Mg,Ca,Al,Fe in true and fake ophicalcitum were determined,and the identification method of ophicalcitum was established.Through characteristic peaks belong to the IR,the contents of metal elements Mg,Ca,Al,Fe and the difference of Ca/Mg were determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR) and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer(ICP-MS),and the measurement method was also applied to the true and fake identification of ophicalcitum from different producing areas and the determination of contents of elements.Samples 1,3,4,5,6,7,8 among the 10 samples were convinced as true,in contrast,the samples 2,9,10 as fake.FTIR combining with ICP MS can accurately identify the ophicalcitum as true and fake,and the contents of metal elements can judge the quality of true samples.The method can provide the reliable basis for the identification and quality control of ophicalcitum.
