摘要
因为生命体内存在周期性振荡现象,因而药物对振荡反应的影响成为人们日益关注的问题。合成了一种药物中间体,并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振表征,证明它是4-甲基-2,6-二羟基嘧啶。在不同温度和不同浓度下在B-Z振荡反应体系中加入4-甲基-2,6-二羟基嘧啶,考察其对B-Z振荡反应体系的影响。实验结果表明,温度升高使B-Z振荡反应体系的振荡周期减小。4-甲基-2,6-二羟基嘧啶浓度增大使B-Z振荡反应体系的振荡周期和振幅均产生减小现象。并对4-甲基-2,6-二羟基嘧啶的反应机理进行了推测。
Because there are cyclical oscillation phenomenons in lives,as a result the influence of the medicine on oscillation reaction becomes a hotspot.A novel medicine intermediate was prepared,and the structure of which was characterized by ultimate analysis,IR and NMR,and the compound was identified as 2,6-dihydroxy-4-methylprimidine.The effects of 2,6-dihydroxy-4-methylprimidine adding into B-Z oscillation reaction system on B-Z oscillation reaction system under different temperature and concentration were studied.Rising of temperature can shorten the oscillating cycles in B-Z oscillation reaction system.Both oscillating cycles and amphlitude in B-Z oscillation reaction system decreased when the concentrations of 2,6-dihydroxy-4-methylprimidine increased.The reaction mechanism of 2,6-dihydroxy-4-methylprimidine was conjectured.
