摘要
叶轮和泵腔的相对位置在双吸离心泵能量转换中有着不可忽略的作用,对泵的性能有着至关重要的影响。在保证某离心泵基本参数不变的情况下,改变叶轮在泵腔中的轴向位置,通过数值模拟,分析叶轮轴向窜动对其水力性能的影响。结果表明:随着叶轮轴向偏移距离的增加,该离心泵的扬程、轴功率逐渐降低,效率略有降低。
The relative position of impellers and chambers has an unnegligible function in energy conversion of centrifugal pumps, has a critical influence on the performance of pumps. This paper changes the axial position of the impellers in the chamber. The influence of relationship between axial movement of impeller and performance of pump is analyzed through a numerical simulation. The re- search results indicate that the centrifugal pump heads and shaft power reduce gradually,while efficiency reduces slightly along with the impeller axial distance increases gradually.
