高职院校实现内涵发展,加强质量管理的重要环节是建立质量管理上的自我管理和自我约束机制。湖北职业技术学院在示范性高职院校建设中,形成了专业质量内审为主要形式的自我管理与自我约束机制,对完善高职院校质量保障体系具有借鉴意义。

Setting up a self-management and self-restricting mechanism in the quality management is an important step to implement connotation development and enforce quality management of higher vocational schools.In the construction of demonstration higher vocational schools,Hubei Vocational and Technical College has formed a self-management and self-restricting mechanism with the main form of the internal audit of specialty quality,which is important to improve the quality assurance system in higher vocational schools.
