高职学生核心能力评价指标体系的构建——以酒店管理专业为例

Construction of the Evaluation Index System for the Core Competency of Higher Vocational School Students——The Case of Hotel Management Specialty

高职酒店管理专业学生核心能力评价指标体系的构建应坚持导向明确、全面具体、实践可行、科学合理的原则,并结合高职酒店管理专业培养现状和学生特点,确定指标体系雏形。在此基础上,采用德尔菲专家咨询法科学地筛选出学生核心能力评价指标。

The construction of the evaluation index system for the core competency of students of hotel management spe cialty in higher vocational schools should stick to definite-orientated,complete and specific,practical,scientific and ratio nal principles,and combine with the cultivation current situation and students’characteristics to confirm the rudiment of index system.Based on that,the evaluation indexes for students’core competency can screened by adopting Delphi ex pert consultation method.
