摘要
实习实训条件无法完全满足教学需要已成为制约职业院校人才培养质量的一个瓶颈。高职院校可充分挖掘校内隐性的实习实训资源,通过对校内隐性实习实训资源进行梳理使其显性化,并成为教学项目,纳入学校教学资源管理体系中。
Nowadays,the conditions of practice and training have been unable to satisfy demand for teaching and learn ing,which has become the bottle-neck problem of restraining teaching quality at higher vocational school.It is of realis tic significance to raise the value of using resources,to ease pressure on resources in practice and training,to enhance the training quality of top application-oriented personnel by fully tapping hidden resources in practice and training on campus,making them apparent,projecting and systematic.
