团体职业生涯辅导对高职“双困生”的积极心理干预

Positive Mental Interaction of Group Career Counseling for “Dual-difficulty” Higher Vocational School Students

针对高职院校"双困生"的特点,闽西职业技术学院成立专门的帮扶介入小组,在分析学生的心理状况和症状分布点的基础上,采取团体辅导的形式以职业生涯规划指导为主要内容,辅以个体咨询、朋辈咨询、心理讲座等形式,对于纠正"双困生"自卑、自闭以及社会交往弱化的心理障碍有明显干预效果。

According to the characteristics of＂dual-difficulty＂students in higher vocational schools,Minxi Vocational and Technical College has established a special assistance group.The group adopted the grouping assistance mode and took Career Counseling as the main contents on the basis of analyzing the psychological status and the distribution of symp toms,which was also assisted by the individual consultation,friend consultation and psychological health lecture.All the measures have achieved marked effects in removing the mental obstacles of self-contempt,self-closed and weakness in so cial communication of those students.
