摘要
某高职学校1560名大学生网络心理问卷调查显示,网络时代绝大多数高职生能执行现实角色的要求,进行现实与网络角色间的转换,但也有部分高职生出现回避现实生活压力、迷恋虚拟网络、现实人际情感淡漠、社会功能受损等角色失范问题。团体辅导和个体深度咨询以及两者相结合的方式,是高职院校对沉迷于网络的特殊学生群体进行有效干预和矫正的手段;"他助、互助、自助"是面对网络时代开展心理健康教育活动的有效途径。
The psychological questionnaire survey on 1560 students of a higher vocational college reflects that in the net work era,most of the students in higher vocational schools can perform real role,and do the role conversion between re ality and network;but there appears some problems in some students,such as: avoiding real life pressure,being infatuat ed with virtual network,showing emotional indifference to others,and social function damage.The group guidance,indi vidual counseling,and the combination of the two ways,are the methods of effective intervention and correction on the special group in higher vocational schools who are addicted to the Internet;"help from others,help from each other,self-help"is the effective way of carrying out mental health education activities in the higher vocational schools in the network era.
