长沙地区2794例男性不育患者精液常规结果分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的通过分析男性不育患者精液常规结果,了解本地区男性不育患者精液质量现状,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法应用以色列欧霸SQA-V自动化精子质量分析系统,对2009年3月~2011年6月来该院不育专科就诊的2 794例男性不育患者的精液就外观、液化时间、精液量、精子密度、精子活动率、精子活力、精子形态正常率等参数进行分析。结果 2 794例精液标本中,各项指标均在正常范围的有356例(占12.74%),余2 438例标本中有一项或多项指标异常。异常指标中精液量少、精液液化不良、pH值异常、精子活力降低、精子活率低、无精症、精子密度降低、精子畸形率增高在异常精液中的比率分别是:24.61%、20.59%、2.30%、65.71%、39.38%、2.63%、31.91%、25.31%。结论男性不育患者中普遍存在精子活率和活力、精子密度、精子形态和精液液化时间等指标的异常改变,准确地分析精液质量是判断男性生育能力的重要检测手段,自动化检测系统的应用为男性不育症的诊治提供了客观准确的依据。 【Objective】To acknowledge the status of male infertility patients' semen quality in Changsha region by investigating the sperm parameters of male infertility patients and provide a basis for diagnosis and treatment.【Methods】Analyze 2794 cases of male infertility patients who came to the specialist hospital treatment of infertility from March 2009 to June 2011 on the appearance of semen,liquefaction time,semen volume,sperm density,sperm motility,normal sperm morphology rate and other parameters with Israel SQA-V sperm analyzer.【Results】Among 2794 cases,there are 356 samples'(12.74%) indicators within the normal range and one or two indicators abnormal in other samples.The index of abnormal sperm in less semen,poor semen liquefaction,pH value of abnormal,decreased sperm motility,decreased survival rate,azoospermia,decreased sperm density,increased rate of malformations share is:24.61%,20.59%,2.30%,65.71%,39.38%,2.63%,31.91%,and 25.31%,respectively.【Conclusion】Male infertility patients in this region generally exists aberrations,such as low sperm motility and survival rate,oligozoospermia,poor semen liquefaction,less semen,or azoospermia.Accurate analysis of semen quality is an important approach to determine and detect the male infertility.Application of automated inspection systems provides an objective and accurate basis for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.
