摘要 炎症作为细胞衰老及机体老化的伴随反应,在维持和促进衰老过程中发挥重要的作用。衰老过程中,机体内促炎性细胞因子如TNF—α、IL-1β以及IL-6等的长期刺激可导致慢性、低度、微炎性的炎性衰老状态,从而引起或增加与年龄相关的退行性疾病的发生。揭示炎性衰老的分子机制对干预衰老及衰老相关代谢性疾病具有重要意义。本文综述了衰老过程中炎症与老年性疾病如肥胖、2型糖尿病、肿瘤、动脉粥样硬化等的关系,并对IKK信号通路、JNK信号通路以及RIG—I信号通路促进炎性衰老的分子机制进行了深入探讨。 Inflammation plays an important role in maintaining and facilitating the process of aging and aging - related diseases. A typical feature of aging process is the development of a chronic, low grade, inflammatory status referred to as "inflamm - aging" and several age - related chronic diseases are associated with inflamm - aging. This paper describes the current understanding of the relationship between aging, inflammation and chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer. The molecular mechanisms of IKK, JNK and RIG - I singling pathways contributing to the inflamm - aging are also reviewed in this article.
