关于目标指向性,持续性学习和经历满足或组织没入之间的相关研究

摘要 本研究是目标指向性、组织领导力、持续性学习和经历满足或组织没入之间相互关系的研究调查。以364名80后职场人为研究对象,进行了设问调查研究,研究结果如下:(1)目标指向性对于持续性学习有影响。(2)组织领导力对于持续性学习有相关影响。(3)持续性学习活动对于经历满足有相关影响。(4)持续性学习活动对于组织没入有相关影响。
