A Research on the Transform of Power in the International System

国际体系由其内部各单元之间相互作用和相互联系而结构形成,结构单元的性质以及各单元之间的联系和作用方式,决定了体系结构和体系模式。在国际体系中,主权国家作为主要结构单元彼此之间互动,对国际体系的内部权力分配产生影响并作用于国际体系的权力结构。权力模式形成于行为体间的互动关系之中,表现为一定的稳定性、持久性和行为上的可预期性。特定的权力模式,建构起国际行为体间特定的关系形态,从而实现了国际体系中权力与生产性要素的分布态势与流动模式。在这个意义上,无论是从宏观的体系运行态势还是从相对微观的行为体互动结果来看,对权力模式的理解与分析都可以成为透视国际政治迷局的重要的理论钥匙。鉴于主权国家是国际体系中的主导结构单元,人们可以通过对主权国家持有的国家权力规模和其他主权国家间权力指向冲突与利益关系的分析,对国际体系的特征做出基本描述。国际体系结构单元的权力互动主要体现为大国间的权力互动过程,在互动过程中,大国的权力欲望伴随着自身实力的不断积累而持续膨胀,进而产生对已有国际体系内的权力结构和政治安排进行调整和改变的企图和行为。

The international system is formed by the structure of the linkage and interaction of its internal units and the nature of the structural units as well as the mode of their linkage and interaction determine the system's structure and model.The sovereign states,as the main units in the international system,are interacting with each other,which exerts influences to the power distribution and plays role in the power structure in international system.The understanding and analyzing of power model can be a key to make a insight to the puzzles in international politics,that is,the interaction among the power units in international system is mainly embodied by the interaction of superpowers which desires of power is gradually growing along with their strength's accumulation,therefore,they attempt to adjust and make changes to the existed power structure and political arrangement in international system.
