重组人表皮细胞生长因子凝胶治疗难愈性创面的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rhEGF)凝胶治疗难愈性创面的疗效。方法选取2009年8月—2011年10月我院共收治因各种原因引起皮肤创面无法正常愈合的患者34例。其中rhEGF凝胶联合阿米卡星洗剂治疗老年糖尿病压疮18例;rhEGF凝胶联合湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤残余创面12例;rhEGF凝胶联合百多邦治疗腹部切口感染4例。结果 34例患者在应用rhEGF凝胶治疗后,创面均完全愈合,疗效满意。结论 rhEGF凝胶在治疗难愈性创面上的应用,能够使创面快速愈合,方法简便易行,缩短治疗时间,减少患者痛苦,降低医疗费用,具有临床推广应用价值。
