广州广电正面临着精细化运营的业务背景,积分管理按照积分规则将用户的消费行为折算成相应分值进行累积,然后用户在特定的积分消费规则中获得回馈,实现广电运营中对目标客户群感知价值的提升和客户忠诚度的提高。描述了广电运营支撑系统BOSS中积分管理的一个实现方案,包含积分业务模型、系统框架及积分系统的建设。
Guangzhou radio and television is looking for better business background. Integral management, according to the integral rule, user's consumption behavior is converted into corresponding scores. Users obtain feedback under specific consumption rules. The construction of integral management system enhances the target customer perceived value and improve customer loyalty. An implementation of integral management in radio and TV operation support system (BOSS) is described. It contains integral business model,functional framework and integration system.
