摘要
在曲面类零件设计领域,高质量的A级曲面是后续的小批量试制、大批量生产和安装能够顺利进行的基本前提。A级曲面的创建包括单曲面、基础曲面与桥接曲面拼接而成的复合曲面这两种方式,并且构建空间曲线、曲面采用的都是B-Spline方法。结合不同的工程案例,提出了分析曲面质量的控制顶点法、多截面曲率梳法、高亮(斑马线)分析法和高斯曲率评价法,并对每种评价方法的侧重点进行了讨论。曲面质量评价分析结果可为后续的零件加工制造提供可靠的理论依据。
In the domain of designing surface parts,high-quality class-A surface is the basic precondition for the following small amount trial-manufacturing,large batch production and assembly.The creating method of class-A surface includes single surface and composite surface which matched by basic surface and blend surface.The B-Spline method is adopted in creating special curve and space.Taking the different engineering case,puts forward four methods including controlling points,multiple curvature comb,isophotes and Gaussian curvature,and furthermore discusses the key point of each evaluating methods.The conclusion of surface evaluating will provide reliable and theoretical evidence for the subsequent manufacturing.
