摘要
针对可重构设计方法的局限性,将模糊集理论引入可重构设计,提出复杂机械产品模糊可重构设计方法。复杂机械产品具有性能驱动、结构复杂和性能参数的模糊性以及对设计经验知识的依赖性等特点,系统论述了模糊重构设计原理与方法,构建了基于本体的模糊重构设计模型,结合分层设计思想,阐述了模糊可重构设计系统组成及其流程。最后以高速列车转向架构架设计为例,详细说明模糊可重构设计系统的构建方法。
For the limitations of introduced reconfigurable design,the fuzzy set theory is introduced reconfigurable design,and complex mechanical products fuzzy reconfigurable design is proposed.According to complex mechanical products with performance-driven,complex structure,ambiguity and coupling parameter and the dependence of design experience knowledge,etc.,the design principles and methods of fuzzy reconfigurable design is systematically discussed,a ontology-based model of fuzzy reconfigurable design is build,and combined with the hierarchical design,the fuzzy system composition and reconfigurable design process is elaborated.Finally,an example of high-speed train bogie frame design is given to illustrate the system of reconfigurable fuzzy design.
