摘要
通过建立较全面的液压出口节流调速系统数学模型,应用Matlab软件的Simulink对方程组进行仿真,分析系统参数如节流阀开口度、油液体积弹性模量等值的改变对节流调速系统动态特性的影响,提出改善系统动态特性的措施,为液压系统的设计、液压元件主要参数的选择提供更为准确的科学依据。
By establishing a comprehensive mathematical model of the hydraulic meter-out throttling speed control system, use the Simulink of Matlab to emulate equations. Analyze the system parameters such as throttle opening area,oil bulk modulus how to influence the dynamic characteristics of throttle speed control system. Propose measures to improve the system dynamic characteristics. It will provide more accurate scientific basis for the design of hydraulic system and the selection of the main parameters of hydraulic components.
