低体重儿童心血管功能的评价

Evaluation of Cardiovascular Function in Underweight Children

目的 :探讨低体重性营养不良对儿童心功能的影响。方法 :将 2 79名男生按身高标准体重法分为低体重和体重正常两组 ,进行安静心率和PWC1 70 负荷做功后心率的比较。结果 :低体重组儿童除安静心率外 ,两次负荷后即刻心率及恢复期心率均显著高于体重正常组儿童 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :低体重儿童心血管潜能降低 。

Objective: To evaluate the effects of underweight malnutrition on child cardiovascular function. Methods: According to their values of the Weight-for height, 279 boys were divided into the underweight group or the normal weight group. The resting heart rate and the heart rates during and after PWC 170 loading test were compared between tow groups. Results: During and after PWC 170 loading test, the heart rates of underweight children were faster than the normal weight children were, but no difference was found in the resting heart rate between children in two groups. Conclusion: Compared with the normal weight children, the underweight children have the poorer potential cardiovascular function, their heart must beats faster during loading test being performed.
