残胃癌患者围术期护理干预分析

The perioperative nursing intervention analysis of remnant gastric cancer patients

目的探讨残胃癌患者围术期应用护理干预的临床价值。方法选择64例手术治疗的残胃癌患者,将其随机分为护理干预组与对照组各32例。对照组患者围术期仅予以常规护理措施,而护理干预组在对照组基础上予以积极的护理干预。对比两组患者护理满意度情况。结果护理干预组患者满意30例,护理满意度为93.75%(30/32),而对照组患者护理满意22例,护理满意度为68.75%(22/32),护理干预组患者护理满意度明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论应用护理干预可提高残胃癌患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of the application of perioperative nursing intervention for remnant gastric cancer patients.Methods To select 64 cases of gastric stump cancer patients with surgical treatment,and all patients were randomly divided into the nursing intervention group and the control group,there were 32 cases in each group.The control group was only given perioperative routine care measures,but on the basis of the control group,nursing intervention group was given active nursing intervention.The situation of nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Thirty cases of patients in the intervention group was satisfied,the nursing satisfaction was 93.75%（30/32）,but 22 cases of patients in the control group was satisfied,the nursing satisfaction was 68.75%（22/32）,compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the nursing intervention group patients was significantly higher （P 0.05）.Conclusion Application of nursing intervention can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with gastric stump cancer,it is worthy of clinical application.
