摘要
目的 吸入地氟醚后人体血浆一氧化氮 (NO)的变化。方法 选择 ASA 级病人 45例 ,随机分为三组 ,静注芬太尼、依托咪酯及维库溴铵诱导后气管内插管 ,分别吸入 0 .5 MAC( 组 )、1.3MAC( 组 )及 2 .0 MAC( 组 )地氟醚 ,于吸入前后不同时间抽静脉血 ,采用荧光分光光度法测定血清 NO的浓度。结果 组吸入地氟醚后 NO浓度与吸入前相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) , 组及 组吸入 30 m in、6 0 m in后 ,NO浓度与吸入前相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,90 min、12 0 m in后 ,NO则明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。组间比较 :吸入 30 min、6 0 m in后 ,三组间 NO浓度无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,90 m in、12 0 min时 组、 组 NO浓度则比 组显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 组 组间相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 0 .5 MAC地氟醚对人体 NO无明显影响 ,1.3MAC及 2 .0 MAC则使 NO生成减少。
Objective To detect the changes of serum nitric oxide(NO) concentration following desflurane inhalation Methods Forty-five patients, ASA grade Ⅰ, were randomly assigned into three groups Endotracheal intubation was performed after induction with fentanyl, etomidate and vecuronium Desflurane was inhaled at 05 MAC in group Ⅰ, at 13 MAC in group Ⅱ and at 20 MAC in group Ⅲ Venous blood samples were drawn at various times following inhalation to measure the serum NO concentrations with fluorescence spectrometric methodsResults NO level changed unsignificantly during whole procedures in group Ⅰ, 30min and 60min following inhalation in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P>005), but NO level declined remarkably 90 min and 120 min following inhalation(P<005) NO concentrations showed no significant differences among three groups 30 min and 60 min following inhalation, but dropped more obviously in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ than those in group Ⅰ 90 min and 120 min following inhalation No significant difference existed in NO level between group Ⅱ and ⅢConclusions Desflurane inhalation at 05 MAC does not affect NO level , but at 13 MAC and 20 MAC can decrease the production of NO
