生物医用抗菌性硅橡胶材料的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 硅橡胶具有对人体组织无毒、生物相容性好等特点,因而广泛用于医疗领域。通常硅橡胶医用材料都需要和人体的内部组织接触,细菌容易通过各种途径入侵,引发感染,因此需要提高硅橡胶材料的抗菌性能。通过对材料进行表面以及本体改性能够提高有机硅橡胶的抗菌性,有关抗菌性硅橡胶材料的研究也是材料学家和医学家非常关注的一个问题。本文通过总结国内外关于抗菌性硅橡胶材料的研究文献,对抗菌性硅橡胶材料的制备方法以及抗菌性能进行综述,分析比较各种抗菌性硅橡胶材料的优缺点,展望生物医用抗菌性硅橡胶材料的研究发展方向。 Silicone rubber has extensive application in medical field due to its valuable properties such as no-toxic to human organism and good biocompatibility. Normally, silicone rubber used as medical materials must contact with human organism which makes the chance of invasion by bacteria and results in infection. So the silicone rubber must be antibacterial when used as medical materials. Antibacterial properties of silicone rubber could be achieved through bulk or surface modification. Investigation about antibacterial silicone rubber has become extraordinary attention by material scientists and doctors. In this paper, references about investigation of antibacterial silicone rubber are summarized. Method of the preparation of antibacterial silicone rubber and its antibacterial properties are reviewed. The merit and demerit of the preparation of antibacterial silicone rubber are also compared and investigate direction about the antibacterial silicone rubber used as medical materials are prospected.
