摘要
以砂糖橘为试验材料,从腐烂果实上分离并鉴定腐败菌,筛选合适的壳聚糖-纳米TiO2复合涂膜,研究该涂膜对砂糖橘采后贮期品质的影响及其体外抑菌效果。结果表明:引起砂糖橘致病的主要真菌为指状青霉(Penicillium digitatum);当涂膜液中壳聚糖、纳米TiO2的质量分数皆为2%时,涂膜组保持较高的果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和VC含量;该复合涂膜还能有效的抑制P.digitatum的生长及其病斑的扩展。
The natural rot Shatang orange fruits were used to isolate and identify the pathogen. , The effects of nano TiO2-chitosan coating on the quality of Shatang orange and inhibition of fungistatic ability in vitro experiment were investigated. The results showed that the main pathogenic fungi on Shatang orange was Penicillium digitatum. The coating contained with 2% chitosan and 2% nano Ti02 can maintain higher firmness, soluble solids and titratable acid and Vc content, significantly reduce the growth of P. digitatum and the lesion diameter. It was suggested that the nano TiO2-chitosan coating can maintain the natural quality and inhibit the postharvest diseases of Shatang orange.
