摘要
目的 :观察地塞米松对Masugi肾炎的治疗作用。 方法 :建立Masugi肾炎模型 ,观察Masugi肾炎尿蛋白、BUN、SCr含量的动态变化及组织形态学的改变。结果 :地塞米松处理的家兔尿蛋白、BUN、SCr含量均明显低于Masugi肾炎模型组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,也未见有明显的肾小球病理性损害。 结论
OBJECTIVE:The effect of Dexamethasone was observed on the experiments MGN models of rabbitis.METHODS:The Model of MGN was established in rabbitis,the Urine protein,BUN,SCr levels were determined in MGN.Simultaneously,Pathologic changes were observed in MGN.RESULTS:The Urine protein content was increased significantly in 715 days and the BUN,SCr levels were also significantly elevated in 1015 days after MGN were established,glomerule proliferation and fibrosis as well as crescent were produced.The levels of Urine protein,BUN,SCr in group treated by the Dexamethasone were apparently lower than that in group of MGN(P<0001),glomerule cells were not pathologic damages.CONCLUSION:The therapeutic effect of Dexamethasone on MGN is very good.
