摘要
未来性战略导向可以帮助企业在复杂多变的社会环境和市场环境赢得竞争优势。本文将人力资本投资分为两类:增值性和保值性投资,以四川、广东两省的企业为样本,探索了未来性战略导向、人力资本投资以及人力资本三者之间的关系,从而发现:(1)高未来性的企业,其在以招聘为主的保值性投资和以培训为主的增值性投资上的水平都较高,其数量型和能力型人力资本水平也都更高;(2)人力资本投资在未来性战略导向和企业人力资本之间起着部分中介作用。
In new economy, the problem of low return from human capital investment of enterprises is also universal existence, under complex and varied society and different organizational background, especially different enterprises' strategies. This study collects research data twice by questionnaire investigation of 736 in Siehuan and Guangdong, the impact on human capital investment and human capital from future strategy orientation is discussed, including human capital investment strategy and human capital character based on Future Strategy.
