摘要
"碳政治"的内涵包括远景、中景、近景三个层次。远景碳政治以人类与自然的和谐为基础,表达人类对世界的终极关怀;中景碳政治是气候协议意义上的"碳政治";近景碳政治是发达国家在气候分配方面的直接利益诉求。中国在积极寻找破解能源资本原则下的发展困境,"给能源注入文明"成为中国碳政治战略的可能选择,并从这里开始了中国社会新的转型,为深入理解马克思共产主义提供了实践方向。
In this paper, the Carbon Political includes three levels that was the future, Med-shot and Close-range. The vision of future Carbon Politics is based on the harmony of human and nature. The Med-shot Carbon Politics means climate agreement of the ＂Carbon Politics＂. The Close-range Carbon Politics is the direct appeal to the dimatic distribution of the developed country. China is actively looking for the way to solve the dilemma of energy capital. ＂To give the energy into civilization＂ may be selected as the strategy of Chinese Carbon Politics, and the new Chinese society transformation will begin fi＇om here, so it well privides practical direction for understanding Marx communism.
