摘要
采用循环充放电测试、循环伏安扫描、过充测试、交流阻抗分析等手段,对乙酸乙酯作为锂离子电池电解液添加剂进行了探索研究。研究发现,乙酸乙酯的氧化反应峰峰值为4.25 V,还原反应峰峰值为4.5 V,在LiFePO4锂离子电池中以0.2 C/4.2 V恒流充放电测试发现电池循环性能良好;在以0.5 C/4.2 V、1 C/4.2 V、0.2 C/4.6 V下过充测试发现,电池没有发生漏液、起火等现象;交流阻抗分析发现添加剂对电解液阻抗影响较大。
The effects of ethyl acetate as electrolyte additive of lithium-ion battery were investigated by the charge-discharge cycle test, cyclic voltammetry, overcharge test, AC impedance analysis and others. The research shows that the oxidation reaction peak voltage of ethyl acetate is 4.25 V, the reduction peak voltage is 4.5 V, the charging-discharging test shows that LiFePO4 battery recycling performance is good at 0.2 C/4.2 V, the overcharge tests shows that the battery doesn't happen leakage, fire or other bad conditions at 0.5 C/4.2 V, 1 C/4.2 V, 0.2 C/ 4.6 V; the AC impedance analysis reveals a greater impact of additives on the electrolyte resistance.
