网络环境下数字遗产的继承问题研究

数字遗产包括互联网上的账号、密码、文字、声音、图片、影像、虚拟货币、游戏装备等。这些投入了大量的时间、精力甚至金钱的虚拟财产在拥有者去世后会不会像现实中的财产一样由亲人继承,目前还没有一个明确的答案。该文阐释了数字遗产的概念、类型和特征,分析了数字遗产继承的必要性,讨论了数字遗产继承的现状及存在的问题,提出了当前数字遗产继承的方法。

The digital heritage includes the accounts, passwords, texts, sounds, pictures, images, virtual currency, game equipments on the internet and so on. There＇s still no clear answer on whether the virtual property mentioned above, which is invested into a lot of time, energy and the money, can be inherited by the family members just like the real property after the owner＇s death. The article mainly described the concept, types and characteristics of digital heritage, analyzed the necessity of the digital heritage inheritance, discussed the current situation and problems, and proposed the methods of the current digital heritage inheritance.
